Shoddy at best. Long weekend and didn't communicate. This is what is bringing American business to the laughing stock it is...this vendor did not earn my business nor appreciate I had choices...I have cancelled and asked for a refund. There are many vendors on E-Bay and I picked him, unfortunately he didn't appreciate that fact. It's a lose/lose for him as growing the business is not going to happen.
