What I really appreciated about the plush is how soft it was. Just like in the picture. Even though the seller reached out to me about a glue stain on the tag that apparently made it not so new, it's such a small thing, I don't mind it. The plush was packaged in bubble wrap outside the plastic bag, with a small heart keychain added in too. Very cute, very squishy, and would buy again if I could.

Seller was upfront as to when the item shipped, no problems in customs despite international shipping, and plush was soft to the touch and very much undamaged during the transit. Would buy again.

Item looked just like the pictures! The shipping process took a whole month (no fault of the seller) so be aware of when you order. Overall a very pleasant experience.
