Seller listed shipping fees in listing, then increased $20 on invoice after purchase, would not honor original shipping amount. seller reported.

Follow up. Seller agreed to honor original listing, i agreed. paid... then he asked for me to revise feedback (i wanted to wait until item was received) his revision request expired, now he canceled my order 2 weeks after paying. reason given was a problem with my address... 200+ ebay transactions without issue. seller is a scammer, item should have been shipped after payment received, not holding my item until i said nice things about them. will report again. maybe they'll get the message
