When we finally got the product it didn't have the cables with it. We asked for an RMA to return it for refund but he insists not to do that. When finally found they could not ship, we proceeded to find an alternate supplier and shipped it. The alternate suppier's module did not have cables, so we had to find another supplier for cables also. We made no money of this deal. Seller should have commended our effort to serve him ... instead he just complained. Unfair. This is a sign of the times with Covid-19, there are shortages of supplies and labor all over the country.
