To start, they sent out the wrong product (a much cheaper inferior product) when I complained, they said they would send me out a new correct replacement or a refund, didn't hear anything for ages, messaged them , called me a liar and went on to say i had received my item, yes I did receive the wrong item first time round! That wasn't my complaint, I wanted a replacement or a refund, just the actual product I ordered would of been nice! So to conclude, wrong item, called a liar, bad service!

False feedback full refund given even though he didn’t return the item back to us, item exact same as image he tried to scam us. Falsely claiming we sent incorrect t item. He stated he purchased two when we checked order he was caught out tried to claim Adele item at our expense. Please don’t sell to this guy. He uses the words as scrounger etc which is well beyond our English literature
