This was not new as claimed. It was out of the protective plastic with dog hair all over it. It had creases on the top where it folds indicating months of use and it was locked and unable to to used as there was a Google account set up requiring a password to activate phone. May have been a warranty replacement. Very disappointed as the seller never responded to multiple messages. Do not do business with this seller unless you don't mind risking getting ripped off.
