I contacted the seller to say that the chuck supplied had the wrong mounting hole size from the one orderd. The seller responded promptly with the offer to replace the chuck, no charge for sending new chuck, no return no charge. That s service!

Item description was confusing as to which Morse taper it would be supplied. As to machined finish, looks good but jaw fit up poor, needed strpping and some metal removal before it would operate smoothly. Bought a smaller one which had a much better fit up but, supplied with wrong size mounting hole. Seller did send a replacement, so far, no charge registered. Positive fast responses from seller.
