Everything worked well with the phone but I received the wrong color. Clearly stated that I wanted the color I ordered when asked only to still receive the wrong color. Other that this it arrived ahead of time without any issues with the phone itself.

Seller has been helpful, but has failed to inform that the phone was a carrier store bought (probably Verizon) Pixel 3a , which is to say the bootloader cannot be unlocked which is the one thing I actually wanted from the phone but given that the phone arrived safely and is working I cannot refund & return as there is no "problem with the device" , the slow shipping time was a factor outside seller control and he should not be blamed for it.
