Item arrived no adaptor. Seller tried to find at home but couldn’t. Then offered partial refund which was accidentally put into another sale. Had to get eBay to intervene b4 seller realized his own mistake. Partial refund given 2 purchase new adaptor but what a nightmare. If I didn’t open eBay request to step in seller would have argued with me that refund given when in actual fact given to another customer. All rectified now but massive headache. Bubble wrapped and duck taped 💩 packaging
