HI THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THE COURIERS. OUR DILEMMA IS WHETHER WE ORDER custom made other boxes with the associated repacking cost which will increase consumer cost or rely on the manufacturers packing.
if you have an issue with the packing john lewis uses then maybe take it up with them.
if the item was undamaged then I would suggest that the packing did its job..........

Lovely item, prompt delivery, however, unfortunately box was all dented and crushed on delivery 😞

Hi i'm so sorry to hear about the box being dented, crushed etc. this is an ongoing issue we have with items sent by courier. the problem is that if we manufacture or have made a sturdy box to hold these items then the item cost to customer will increase. I'm glad the items themselves were undamaged. thanks for your feedback

After initial contact to enquiry about delivery nothing was heard. The seller eventually contacted me indicating that he was not happy with the chair as it had a few issues caused by storage and offered a full refund. Refund was made swiftly and in full. As with all feedback, it is a valid and valued tool to help with issues should they arise. I am hoping this honest feedback will not be responded with a sarcastic response, as per other feedback responses noted in the sellers feedback history.

The seller eventually contacted me*** TRUTH... received this question on 11 june ''Good morning, Do you have a date for the posted/delivery dates'' THE VERY NEXT DAY I spoke to the buyer. and offered the option of a partial refund to reflect marks on the seat or a 100% refund. the full refund was made within the hour..
