This seller is sending out products that are not matching the description. I was sent a bulky charger that was plastic, not the slim one in the photo that has a metal stand. Seller became very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour! Item has been sent back and I've still not received a refund! Escalating through eBay! DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! Check his bad feedback!!

The buyer could have returned the item with a click of a button for a refund instead he sent 19 MESSAGES. However, the buyer expected a refund without returning the item. Once we told him to return the item at our cost, he started to send ABUSIVE RUDE messages and some messages showed clear RACISM. The buyer pulled our names and addresses and sent a message in a threatening way. Once the customer saw our names, he started to preach us how things are done in UK, inside the preach there was RACISM

Item never arrived and seller completely ignored my previous message enquiring where it was. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

The item was Definitely posted. It is a Low Value item £3.99. Hence we cannot use a complete trackable delivery service.
