I never received the item but tracking information from fraudulent logistic company called ShipRocket said it was delivered. The seller never provided me information about who was responsible for delivering my diamond here in Turkey. But EBay still hold with this fraudulent company and I lost my money. They never wanted to see any paper that I signed my name. I didn’t get a refund. Never buy anything from those fraudulent company. I lost and don’t want others to loose also.

I have shipped many packets. All the items are delivered. The shipment company is showing the item is delivered. And eBay has refunded your money. I request you to close the case and remove the negative feedback. I am not a fraud. I am really sorry for the in convenience caused. I have shipped the item and gave you the tracking and the tracking is showing delivered. That's all the information I have.
