Contacted me evening of 31st to report it missing, I remade it and posted on the 6th due to the Easter weekend. Then opened a case on the 7th. If abrupt means apologising again and explaining I couldn't post it until after the Easter holiday then ok. This from the buyer: Buyer's message:"Well that has just delayed things by another week before it could then be posted as u say, however all I can do is give it till 13th now. "Which would you say was abrupt? Very harsh leaving negative feedback

My comment / feedback is because u had not sent the item along with the others I had purchased, then it dragged out the order longer and you did not like being chased and finally yes it caused you to deliver a poor experience.
