As a matter of fact, buyer Ordered "Numpad 0" from dropdown menu, and precisely that key was shipped. But client was under impression he is ordering number 0 (from second row of the keys.) Precisely to avoid such confusions, I clearly list all numpad keys as numpad 1, numpad 2 etc etc,. but it seems it's language barrier problem, it sesms buyer did not know what is numpad.
