No damage to my iPad whatsoever and it’s holding a charge longer than it did when I shipped it in for new batteries. My iPad was seldom used but I kept it on the charger for long periods of time. Now I’m using it again every day and letting the battery run down completely before putting the charger cord back in and hopefully condition the new batteries.
