The tweezers are nice and made well. The box is very poorly made and the tweezers do not fit properly in the slots. The slots are too small for the tweezers. The tweezers just flop around because the box is too big. The box provided to me was clearly not made for this set of tweezers.

Unfortunately the buyer has not contacted us before leaving his feedback, otherwise surely there would have been an option to solve this problem in the favor of the buyer.

Wasn't the quality you would expect from Germany. One tweezer had a bent tip and another had a facture in the fine tip. Tweezers don't have a good fit in the wood box.
