2nd time seller hasn't done what they advertise. Don't believe 24-48 hr service. They have a bunch of excuses but can't honor repairs in under a week. Maybe they wish they could.

Buyer was being rude & unreasonable so we decided to not repair his device. We just cancelled his order, provided him a full refund and sent his device back to him.

Great transaction. IPOD looks and works as it should after battery replacement. A new seal was required for an extra cost.. Seller is a great communicator.

My iPad had new batteries were installed the day it arrived in Washington and my iPad was already labeled for return shipping the same day! No damage to my iPad whatsoever and it’s holding a charge longer than it did when I shipped it in for new batteries. My iPad was seldom used but I kept it on the charger for long periods of time. Now I’m using it again every day and letting the battery run down completely before putting the charger cord back in and hopefully condition the new batteries.
