This is NOT how you work out an issue. If there is ever any issue, please reach out to us, we will always help & offer a solution. A return for refund would be a solution. I will never understand why someone chooses to keep something they dont like & just leave a bad feedback. Is it a power trip? Do they need to be heard? Do they think their opinion is That important?
