Item is exactly what I did order, to be honest I was a bit stressed about it.
After reading few reviews about bad experiences, every step of the process the team did reassure me.
We had a problem with the tracking number which was a worrie for me as I live in Australia and really wanted to check how it was going.
The team always went above and beyond to help me, and honestly I think I’ve been one of those annoying customers.
Anyway my exhaust arrived so I’m happy.

Usual very good Givi quality. Seller call themselves isleofman which would suggest to unaware buyer is in UK. How wrong. Seller is Italian, warehouse is in Switzerland so on the top of 153 quid , that I have paid, another 50 was added for Customs tax and operations costs from Parcelforce. Could have bought it cheaper somewhere else. Thanks for Brexit mess , we are being rounded up from every side now. Delivery time extended by nearly 2 weeks so project deadline all went tits up.

Hi dear customer we are Givi official dealer, we are based in Italy like Givi company, the name of the store "Isleofman" is dedicated to the historical competition of motorbikes Tourist Trophy TT, so if some petrolhead call his store "Daytona" or "Lesmans" it doesn't mean that he is located there.
I'm sorry but the place where the objet is located is clearly indicated.
We are not guilty for the time lost in the custom frontier, we respect the Brexit, but it was not our decision.
