Game is great but my copy that I received seems to have a problem we’re I receive a error msg when I start it up and while I’m playing it sometimes jst freezes on a black screen but the music in the background still plays. idk if I received a bad copy but it seems to be a problem with the game cartridge itself the gold pins on the bottom does have a scratch on it. Overall it’s still good when I can get it to run

This is weird. All games are played for 3-4 business days before shipping. If we see a problem like this we let you know and give you a new shipping eta while we work on another game.
I would recommend cleaning the cartridge and also playing the game in another unit. Have not seen something like this before, going to guess this is your console? Not sure.
Whatever is happening is not the work we did in the game or we would hear about this. Try cleaning and a different system.

Seller was kind enough to throw in some of the same legendary pokemon with different levels making it possible for you to build a good team from the start. The only downside is that the pokemon have different ID No. Are making it harder to train them as the grow faster that the ones you capture. I'm so happy with the seller that I'll be doing more business in the near future.
