Teacup was cracked (both plates were good). Replacement teacup requested, Shaz responded promptly and positively. I offered and paid extra for a full replacement (teacup and plates) not a partial replacement of the teacup only, however due to a misunderstanding the full replacement wasn't sent/received (only one plate of the two was received with the teacup).
