    The noise is normal because you have purchased a professional iron.When the metal of the iron heats up it makes small noises. Not only.You must wait until the iron is hot (at least 2 minutes) before using it.Otherwise hot water comes out of the iron.Have you read the instruction booklet or ever used a professional iron with boiler? You haven't responded to our messages (9) to explain you to use it.Our company is made up of people who work hard every day and with honesty. You were unfair.
