This is a bad product, and when I said so to the seller, they said they didn't care: "We do not guarantee quality. If you buy a really cheap product, you can expect it not to be the best quality leather." Actually I do expect quality leather, which is really cheap. We explained that leather is an expensive material. After the shipping costs, the customer bought the item for $4.00 . This item needs to be thin to wrap around the scrotum. We tried to explain to the customer that we cannot take back used sex toys for they cannot be resold. We have also sold many of these and no one has ever complained and we sell higher quality leather products but they can go for $50.
