Seller responded several days after being contacted to tell them item had not arrived. Seller apologized and said there was a shipping problem. In spite of multiple requests for updated information the seller never responded after that. Very poor experience.

( note: says item ships in 1 day on listing) Took way to long so I no longer need part. Other major problem was that they wanted me to communicate outside of eBay if I had a issue. If you sell on eBay you should handle customers through eBay. I asked for a refund on Aug.20 but getting no response.
