There was sadly a misroute by Royal Mail who accidentally sent the item from the Main Hub to the Conisbrough Depot instead of the Hatfield Depot as shown on the Tracking. We did advise the buyer of this so they were made aware. The error was very quickly remedied & the item arrived just one day later than the supplied ETA. Sadly not much we can do when these things happen with the carriers other than keep buyers informed:( RM Traking No GG441971880GB
