I ordered this item on May 5th and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted the seller twice with no response.

Never received item. Attempted to contact seller 2 x never had a response. Ebay did not help as I was too late to say there was an issue. I actually did not realize, I had won item as I had to do automatic payment if offer was accepted. I was away so payment went though without my knowing. I don't know why I had pay in that manner, as I have an excellent rating. This is the first negative feedback I have ever left 10 years. I am very disheartened.

I DO NOT recommend this seller. This item was purchased 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be delivered by January 8,2024. To date, January 13th it still has not been shipped. When I tried to cancel the order, a popup states it is too late to cancel the order. The seller has not responded to message requesting cancellation and refund.
