I bought this to reprogram my keys. On my 2014 VW Passat it's totally useless. Let's dig a little deeper, in order to update it, it requires a usb-c to usb-c cable and to be connected to bluetooth. It ships with a usb to usb-c cable so you will have to buy that cable. Next, you can't use it until you update it and you can't update it without the cable. The battery drains fast and charges slow even with a fast charger. Pass on this one. The seller responds but doesn't read all of your complaint.

Negative review not because the product is bad. But the seller does not understand IN DETAIL how the product works.
I informed the seller my use case, and they reply with something like “yes, the product will work with your use case”. So I went ahead with the purchase.
Received the product and turned out it does not work. Then spent numerous weeks chating with the seller, who still unable to comprehend my use case. The seller ended up offering $10 refund and advise me to sell the product.
