Received item after 1 month wait (China) item did not work properly from the start, leaking, freezing on one side. Contacted seller who sent videos how to fix leaks (which didn’t work) and on main problem of freezing couldn’t help and suggested getting it repaired locally (who by?! Even in London finding someone to repair a smoothie machine not simple and who’s got the time) Really disappointed and cannot believe I have wasted £500 on this rubbish machine . Destined for bin. Total disaster
