I assumed you had done so and together with eBay you were sorting it out. It was not until I saw your negative feedback that I contacted eBay who told be that you had NOT opened a not received case so I immediately refunded you for the 2nd time, it went through but N0 APOLOGY or RETRACTION! And you call me Disgusting??
