The one negative thing that bothered me was how they were shipped. The item was shipped to me is a brown cardboard box without having any type of protection around the item that I just purchased. When the item arrived I was very upset to see that the paper box had been soiled really bad during the transportation process. I thank GOD that the item itself was not affected by the moisture that the box was effected by. Just do a better job when shipping because you can’t predict the journey.

As a small business, we take pride in delivering the item, as listed, in the mentioned condition. The shoes were delivered, as stated in the description and arrived in brand new, perfect condition as was even stated in the feedback. Although unfortunate, shipping services can at times be rough with the items. Unfortunately some things our out of our control when left with the shipping companies.
