The item was described as "Excellent as original purchase" but turned up with scuff marks to the display case and without the original box. I contacted the seller to ask for a discount and it was rejected. I asked for a refund and dropped the item back to the seller to avoid additional postage fees, but the seller seemed only interested in transferring blame and agreed to a partial refund only. All in all, this was not a very pleasant experience. I would not buy from this seller ever again.

Model is as described, WYSIWYG, the pictures show exactly what you get, you admitted there was no box to be seen and accepted FULL item refund. You were invited into my humble home, all cordial, then you do this untrue, vindictive negative feedback. I was going to buy your Monaro model, unlikely after what you did, shame
