The GI Joe Recoilless Rifle Shells were newly created, but when I fired one of the shells, the tail broke.
The seller explained that if the Recoilless Rifle has a strong spring, the shell might not be able to handle the force/impact.
To remedy my issue, the seller offered a replacement for the damaged shell - quite reasonable.
