Buyer placed order for two items and pays and then instantly request to cancel and refund.
We instantly refunded order so Ebay did not have to step in.
Then buyer buys 3 more items and does the same exact thing and again wanting refund, a refund was issued on the spot but yet claims Ebay had to step in when there was not even a case opened.
Buyer is trying to ruin our rating, sellers beware. This buyer had to be blocked.
