yes i am because after JUST NOW i have called royal mail, they have admitted that they lost the parcel, you can see it on the tracking intself but unfortunately you dont listen to any advices and you have only your opinion to be true. I didnt even manage to send a refund before you have left me a negative feedback, it means that you want things to be done instantly - before any investigation could be done, i always help my customers but i need time to process so many transactions from my buyers.
