I shipped your package via tracked, receipt-signed mail to ensure safe delivery of the item. According to their records, your item has been held at the post office since May 13, so the package will not arrive unless you pick it up or request re-delivery, although USPS has attempted delivery twice and left NOTE and I have contacted you about it in a message to resolve the issue, I have not heard back from you at all.
