Bisogna informare l’acquirente che il prezzo non è comprensivo della tasse di sdoganamento. Infatti quando la borsa arriva in Italia per sdoganare il pacco bisogna pagare circa 300 euro. Non lo trovo giusto. Bisogna informare l’acquirente al momento dell’acquisto. Ho mandato indietro il pacco e richiesto il rimborso.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay customs duties, and the description also states, "Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying." This buyer is lying and saying that we did not explain this to them, even though it was their own mistake in checking.

The bag is beautiful I love but it’s not a used bag. Brand new! So I hope it’s authentic. Arrived very fast.

Lovely bag in great condition. However, the bright lighting used to take the photos have distorted the actual colour of the bag quite a bit. The leather is actually a mid brown and the PVC fabric is more of a dark beige/stone colour. Otherwise, packaging was very good and delivery was amazingly fast. Received within a week from Japan to Norway! I’m still waiting for deliveries ordered before this bag within Norway.
