Items did not arrive. As soon as I saw my package was shipped with LaPoste I knew there will be trouble, my package is being shipped for more than a month now (it’s EU shipping so it shouldn’t take more than a week or so). Ebay keeps on nagging me to leave a review, yet I have no product to review so here we are.

There is nothing we can do about a lost package if you don't contact us to say it has been lost ...
The package have been sended within 24h and we always send the kits again for free (or make a refund) if it has been lost by the shipping compagny.
We will send you an email in a minute to solve the issue.
