Great price, shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the CD that comes with the book, and was listed as included in the description and the title, was NOT included. I got a quick reply instructing me to return the item as they had no other copies :(

Title clearly states "With CD" and the copy I received did not have the CD. I sent them a message saying this, and they responded saying they're sending me a replacement. The second copy still did not have the CD. Will not be purchasing from this seller again.
