The item was delivered when promised, perfect condition and was $100 less than Amazon sellers. A quick review of this spin dryer...soaked a huge bath towel and it was difficult to wring out because it's so large. I let it spun for about 3 minutes then hung the towel over the shower rod and 4 hours later it's almost dry. Would have taken at least a day without that spin dry. Very pleased with The Laundry Alternative Ninja Spin Dryer!
