The black Leica Summicron-M is a 50 mm f/2.0 lens, which is considered to be one of the classic all-purpose lenses. It has an f-stop range between f/2 and f/16 and a 39 mm filter size. This Leica camera lens works within a diagonal angle of 47 degrees, a horizontal angle of 40 degrees, and a vertical angle of 27 degrees. The minimum focus distance for the Leica Summicron-M is 2.3 feet, which allows a photographer to take close-up shots. This 50 mm f/2.0 lens is controlled manually and has general viewable angle is 45 degrees. As a high-speed lens, the Leica camera lens is meant for Leica M type cameras.
