the shipping time took almost 2 weeks just to be shipped, the packaging was hideous, for a turntable just using one thin sheet of bubble wrap isn't enough, the tone arm was unprotected, the seller did not remove the metal plate so it bouncing on top of the turntable, and that made a lot of scratch and chipped part, the outer box that the seller used was not firm so that when i pressed the top part of the box, the inside got crushed. ps: already ask for an extra packing, but didn't get it
