Easy steps to follow, the price is a bit steep in everyone’s eyes but if you do your research it is the cheapest option. Joe and his team were amazing with great communication and work! I sent my radio in and they got it back to me asap! I just hooked it up and everything works to a tee, my screen is no longer black and my usb ports work. I will be spreading the word about Joe and his amazing company . Thanks.

Excellent product!! Worked as soon as I plugged it in. No programming required at all. Don’t but a used one like I did before this purchase. It didn’t work. This on works. Just like new. Thank you so much for stopping my run around problem I had from other scam sellers.
