The seller sends an item other than the one ordered. I ordered around 27.5 and received 26. I do not recommend this seller. He tricks customers into buying goods they don't want.

Unfortunately the buyer here has no idea about wheel sizing. He purchased 27.5” wheels and then contacted us to say we sent him the wrong wheels. We asked him to confirm his tyre size which he sent pictures of and it was clearly marked 700x42c. As can clearly be seen, he ordered incorrectly. We tried to explain this to him and even sent him a return label and the 700c wheel that he required and in return we got a negative feedback. We don’t know what else we could have done to assist him.

This item was exactly as described and arrived promptly and well packaged, but unfortunately I found when it arrived that it was not compatible with my bike set up. Definitely my mistake but seller was helpful with my questions and return was simple and straightforward, and I was able to order the correct item from this seller. Highly recommended seller, thank you.
