I sent my measurements to this seller and I was seduce on the website pictures but unfortunately I got something else and I went to the post office to return the package they charge me $47 dollars

Our tailor customizes according to the size you provide, and usually enlarges the size slightly. So I'm puzzled why the size is so small.
If the size you provide is not accurate, it will also affect our cutting. We can arrange a return for you and bear the return dispute. Due to the time difference between China and the United States, I just saw the email you sent. I am willing to bear the shipping cost of $47. Please cooperate with us to return the package

Way too tight and they didn’t want to accept a return and replace. So they gave me a partial refund but didn’t really fix my issue.

I provided you with a return address from the beginning and explained that I would bear the return shipping cost. Afterwards, you said you could accept a 50% refund, so I gave you a partial refund. If you are not satisfied with this solution, you can contact me to return the package without leaving a negative review threatening me.

I bought 2 suits on separate times. The first suit (red) was very tight and the seller can only do a partial refund even though I asked for an exchange, they wanted me to pay for the expensive shipping. I bought another one in black color anyway, to give them another chance and the lapel came oversized and way too wide. It looks very goofy on me. They’re very inconsistent and inaccurate with their suits.

I understand your feelings, and I will negotiate with you that resolving the issue through a partial refund is the best and fastest solution. You did not accept a partial refund. I request that you return the package and promise that we will bear the return shipping cost. I do not understand why you misunderstood.

Item was very poor quality. Lapels on the suit are not even, not well cut, poor quality fabric. Because of how lopsided the lapels are the suit is genuinely unwearable
