I have corresponded with the seller and he/she was not very nice. In the correspondence email he/she referred me to being a moron. I have never heard of an item being sold, that you can not return. He/She said I could not return the item. I still have the email he/she sent. I will not purchase another item from this company - Herbsmedic. If I need a part in the future, I will purchase another lawnmower instead of his/her product.

We’ve sold many of these – on eBay and various other e-commerce sites. No other complaints, ever. In fact, look at the feedback directly above this one – it’s the same item with a stellar review! Although others might aptly say that this brand new buyer on eBay deserves to be called a moron, we are diplomatic and most certainly did not call her one. This is a classic case of buyer’s remorse and feedback extortion -- that she tried twice -- in the effort to return a non-refundable purchase.
