Unbeknownst to Norman, he is up against a criminal mastermind who has got his hands on a powerful aphrodisiac under development in the genetics lab and is using it as a murder weapon. The mystery takes black comedy to philosophical heights, exploring the human (and inhuman) condition and seeking to redeem it through what might be best described as the humour of despair.
