The seller shipped the item at 04/01/2024 and gave me tracking number. However, the item was taking longer than usual to arrive in my country so I contact the seller and asked to request the shipping service to trace my parcel. Then the seller advice me to wait longer than the 30-days of eBay Money Back Guarantee policy which I did. Then, after x2 months passed by I contacted the seller again and asked for refund as told by ebay but the seller refused insisting that ebay has me covered. So sad!

I finally got the item after x3 months in good shape! I also tried to revise my feedback from negative to positive as it is unfair for the seller to have my negative feedback since this was clearly postal services fault!!! But as clarified by ebay, my negative feedback is there for more than 30-days and they cannot do nothing. Thus, I am following-up here as the only option to fix this.
