I received a defective item and ask for a replacement or refund, the seller gave me a difficult time. Offered me a $5.00 discount, to get it repaired. I asked for $10.00 discount, to get the repair accomplished, again the seller complained it would cause him to lose money. At this point I was frustrated with this back and forthcoming debate and agree to the $5.00 refund. I would not use this seller again and recommend that others consider this a warning when dealing with this seller.

The return process has been a challenge because of the language barrier. I am having a difficult time decoding what the seller is saying. I have returned the item that I purchased several weeks ago and am still waiting for the credit back to my Affirm account which I used to make the purchase. The seller keeps insisting that I give them my PayPal account number. PayPal is not involved in the purchase of this item. I have written back about this and have not gotten any response. Please help me.
