Excellent seller. Very prompt in answering questions even with a 14 hour time zone difference between Japan and Iowa. Seller was willing to negotiate price to a price amicable for both party's. Seller packed the parts well and quickly shipped them. Seller shipped the parts on Monday from Japan via Fed Ex and they were delivered Thursday in Iowa. Parts were new as advertised. I would recommend this seller and I would purchase from again. Thank you.

This seller has the best customer service going. Their communication far exceeds expectations. I received my Hakko FR-301-82 quick and it was packaged with a lot of care. I performed the US conversion modification on my unit successfully, replacing the 10Ohm resistor with two 300Ohm 1watt resistors. Thank you again! Highly recommended seller!
