I ordered and paid for this stunning place setting and was waiting patiently for it to arrive in the post when I received a message from Phil to say that he had noticed a firing crack which was not mentioned in the product description. So he apologised and refunded me for the cost of the place setting and only charged me for the postage. It was incredibly honest and generous of Phil especially given that the place setting arrived today and is absolutely beautiful and I can’t see anything amiss.
